The Technical Engineering Department of Foulad Maschin Delijan Company is ready to service and carry out technical work and rebuilding of industrial machines related to production lines (humidity insulation – machines related to oil-bituminous production systems, etc.) that do not have favorable maintenance conditions and due to some issues, they will not be functional or they will not have the previous efficiency and will eventually cause a drop in production efficiency and system efficiency, in order to increase the quality and speed up the provision of technical and engineering services, this group will undertake consulting and implementation as follows:
Installation:
Installation and start-up of various machines of production lines, including the stages of preparing the layout and arrangement of the machines, providing foundation plans and related equipment, monitoring the implementation of concreting and foundation operations, and standard transportation of the machines.
Maintenance and repair:
including partial repair and troubleshooting of the production line and production machines, including map, mechanical, electrical, etc. problems, while providing preventive and planned weekly, monthly, and annual repair programs and overhauling of machinery and preparing operating instructions and preventive repairs and after-sales service.
Refitting and overhaul:
including basic repairs and complete disassembly of machines, replacing parts and repairing damaged parts of machines, replacing old control systems and updating the control system on machines and optimizing and changing electrical panels.
Inspection and technical supervision:
including inspecting the condition of machines, preparing reports and technical analyses, analyzing and providing suitable systems for repairing and maintaining equipment and machines of companies and organizations.
